Quartz Reef is an Organic and Biodynamic Certified Estate vineyard located in the Bendigo sub-region of Central Otago.
The winemaking was very much in keeping with the traditional practices of the Old World. The grapes are hand-picked, a selected blend of 72% Pinot Noir and 28% Chardonnay. Bottle fermented and aged on lees. Riddled and disgorged by hand.
This is a sparkling wine exuding elegance and finesse. Pale yellow with a bouquet of green apple and hints of lime and brioche. On the palate, this is flirtatious and moreish. Enhanced by an invigorating cool, creamy acidity. Focused, cool and crisp with beautiful balance and length.

Antipodes Gin Co decided to create a gin unlike any other, Australia’s first certified organic and carbon neutral gin.
“Getting organic certification and being carbon neutral was a mindful decision for us. We wanted our business to have less impact on the environment, to promote sustainability, to not use any GMOs or ingredients that are sprayed with pesticides and we also wanted to work alongside like-minded, ethically motivated suppliers.” ~ Antipodes Gin Co.
Since hitting the market, Antipodes Gin, was swiftly listed amongst Australian Gourmet Traveller’s Top 5 Australian Gins. It is proudly stocked in some of the country’s finest establishments including Bennelong at the Sydney Opera House and the world renowned Southern Ocean Lodge in Kangaroo Island; and it is also being exported to the gin-loving Hong Kong.
Distilled in New South Wales’ pristine Hunter Valley and bottled at a bold 45%, Antipodes Gin is infused with native Australian botanicals including lemon myrtle, aniseed myrtle and Tasmanian pepperberry. A robust and versatile flavour profile.
Triple distilled. Refined with pure Australian rainwater. Neat, sophisticated, happy to mix.
