This Organic & Vegan Friendly Cabernet has dark plum and cassis fruit flavour with dark almond chocolate and subtle garden herb in support. Richly scented and layered with complex flavours and finishing with a soft supple mouth-feel. This is a hearty wine of depth and persistence. The 2018 Off the Books Shiraz was sourced from selected premium South Australia Old Vine vineyards on ancient soils before being given the best of care - stalks removed, small open fermenters, hand plunging, large format French oak and stainless steel tanks. Originally destined as a premium component to another blend, it was too good to blend away. Bottled individually to shine!
This Organic & Vegan Friendly Shiraz has bright, lifted aromatics of plum, mulberry and blueberry fruit with cedar wood, clove and black pepper spices. The palate is rich and layered with succulent fruits, brown spices, violet and tar. A wine of wonderful intensity yet medium to full in weight.

Spring Seed Wines are made from grapes organically grown on the family's vineyard in McLaren Vale, South Australia. The vines are fully certified 'A' grade organic by Australian Certified Organic, a process that takes 4 years and involves yearly audits and random sampling of produce.
‘Gypsy’ is a classic Blanc de Blancs style, with a pale straw colour (with a hint of green apple), fine mousse and gentle characters of citrus.
A splendid sparkling wine for celebration, enjoy with oysters. Best served chilled.
